Nice, 16th century palace, inexpensive and good quality small Italian-style restaurant inside. Very friendly staff (although doesn't speak English).
No WiFi in rooms, works poor in public area

The staff is very helpfull, friendly. Breakfast, for someone who knows Spain, is good. But if you don't, you probably will not. 15 th century building.
Smal roommate. and this was supposed to be a superior room. Avoid paying extra for it. Generally uncomfortable for the price. Very limited facilities and amenities. Our rom was facing the street, and this was very noisy. Toro is a nice town. More how Spain used to be. OK to spend a day, not a night. Hotel Juan 2 appeared to have been a better choice.

Juan was very helpful, did a load of laundry for us with no charge. Free breakfast was continental but good.
It was pretty basic. No A/C but a big fan kept us cool.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a charming medieval town. The attention to detail in the beautifully decorated rooms with exposed beams and lace hangings is impressive. We were thrilled to have a room with a balcony overlooking the picturesque courtyard. The breakfast served was excellent, with a good selection and attentive service.
All was well - no complaints!

The antique floors and comfortable beds were amazing. The location was excellent and easy to find. We enjoyed the free parking and fast wifi connection. The staff was super friendly and provided free chilled water in the corridor. We also loved the breakfast, which was included and had generous portions.
The noise on the cobbled surface street was a bit of a bother in the mornings. The lack of information in the rooms concerning facilities could be improved.
